Hi Dr Pal,a question for you.I have been doing intermittent fasting (16:8) for about 6 months now.I feel I reduced weight in the beginning but now my weight is stagnant .Is that how IF supposed to work? Also,my last meal is 6pm and when I wake up the next morning,I crave for a cup of tea to begin my day and end up having one around 6am .I am sure this is not allowed. Can you pls clarify?TIA!

I kind of disagree because the countries you have as example like Japan & US getting the raw materials is pain and half of the time because of the extreme weather conditions..

WE are losing taste with Frozen Food 😂😂

Doctor very nice informative video. Could you please suggest how long the cut vegetables will stay fresh in the refrigerator? I mean just simply cut and not blanched. Thanks in advance.
