Red grapes and pink lady apples…My fav!😻 And Brussel sprouts are amazing! I’ve started soaking them in water and then cooking them in the air fryer. Then I add a balsamic reduction that I make. Sooo good. And definitely Whole Foods.

I’m very spoiled, I live very close to a Whole Foods, sprouts and Trader Joe’s. And only a little further to a Publix and Kroger. So I go to them all. And once a month I’ll go further to Costco to get some favorite items in bulk. I love my squash steamed too, and the regular sweet potatoes work really good in chili, I think they have a little molasses flavor that is traditional in chili, but I can’t use anymore. Love you Emmie

I'm on team purple seedless grapes! I wish we had a Trader Joes here in Alaska, whenever we go on trips though we love going. My daughter who is a nurse always goes when she is on a trip and fills a cooler bag with Trader Joes and puts it in a suitcase to bring home!

Raley's (California) and Whole Foods…also love our Asian markets! I'm so with you when it comes to cake or fruit, I'll take fruit any day and not feel gross afterwards! Love the shopping hauls BTW!

Green grapes 💕 Thank you for the reminder to keep it simple. It doesn’t have to be a recipe! Going to try the lettuce and potatoes 😉 Love me some Brussels sprouts! Your guest hosts are too funny!

In Canada, we don't have some of the stores you recommend, so I always go to Costco (they have an Asian Sweet Potato there) and Walmart. But now, after seeing this video, I'll have to check out the Asian store to see what variety of sweet potatoes they have there.

Another fantastic grocery haul video Emmie and I love 😍 my veggies and it's sad😥 those sweet potatoes are harder to find in the UK. I will eat any colour of grapes 🍇. My favourite grocery stores are Tesco and Lidl. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Emmie.

Red grapes all the way! They are usually firmer and sweeter. We love Opal apples so much. For some reason, finding good apples at our Whole Foods lately has been really hard. They are mostly all soft which is horrible. Nothing beats a nice firm, crispy apple.

Thanks so much for your recommendations for eating healthy, and helping me to meet my weight loss goal. 😁
