What a fantastic trip. My husband and I fly to Zurich in late August for a 10-day trip and we'll see some of France, some of Austria and some of Germany, in the Rhineland region. It's through Road Scholar, and this trip offers a vegetarian option, thankfully. However, one of our first outings is visiting a cheese making farm. It took two months before I dropped cheese after beginning to eat WFPB. I'm hopeful this farm may have a non cows milk cheese. One can hope, right? Anyway it is an active vacation so we will get plenty of steps. Thank you for sharing your video! We won't get to see much of Switzerland on this trip and I don't know if we'll ever do another European vacation. It's $$$$!
