Nam Jim means dipping water. So Nam Jim source just means dipping source! There are tons of dipping sources in Thailand. So what exactly is the name of your dipping source here?

Marion, do you know of any gluten free thai style soy sauces like you mentioned? I'm limited to Kikkoman and another brand as they are the only ones I can find that are GF – any help would be AWESOME!!

You read my mind. Just this morning I was saying I wanted to do a Thai selection for NYE but one of friends hates coconut milk so I was struggling with a curry – I'd forgotten about hang lay!

    Hi Marion! Love you!
Question about your Mako wok, how do you use acidic items like tomatoes without stripping the seasoning or patina???
I wanted to ask you about this when you made bolognese that time.

Future video series idea Marion: curating a menu and hosting tips. Far too often food channels only focus on the recipe and not the real world application / celebration of the recipes/friendships that is a dinner party….happy holidays to all at MK, my dinner table is all the happier having discovered you and yer cooking !
