    Anupmaji methi k parathe bnay to usme thodi besan 1/2 katori ya makke ka aata , adrak harimirch ka pest , or thodi si dahi…chahe to lahsun ka pest bhi dalker aata guthker bnaye…bhut tasti Paratha bnta hai..humlog aise hi bnate hai or chai k sath ya dhaniy ki chatni k sath khate h…ek bar tyr kijiyega
