You need a top of the line cutting board that works well with those knives.
I was back and forth on what I think is missing. At first, I thought an instant read thermometer for when you don't want to fiddle around with the remote probe wiring, but then I realized it's missing that which I just bought myself; a high quality pairing knife. There are just some places a chef's knife can't go easily.
i think a drawer for whetstones would go really well in this space. just enough space to house 3-5 stones and even permasoak them would be really cool

So many delicate knives in that gorgeous hidden cabinet! What's missing? The most versatile & valuable of tools: a hand-forged, Damascus steel, 8-inch, ironwood handle cleaver. The right-hand version, bien sƻr!
Every chef needs that perfect whisk. Not too flimsy, not too stiff. That is missing from your beautiful cabinet of culinary wonders.
I would add a carving fork in there.

What about your other knives? They are your prized possessions (a side from the 3D printer). That or a Sharpening Steel and Blocks with Leather for stropping.

Keeping your tools sharp and taking care of them is just as important as having them in the first place, so I'd say you're definitely missing a good quality honing steel.
