I'm sorry but she's just using buzz words. She has no idea if this is better than supplements on the market that are supposed to provide collagen. Many studies have proven that consuming collagen does next to nothing for your body's collagen production. It had nutrients so yes it's good for you and might help with your gut and hormones and thus your skin. It's all up to genetics though. Don't drink this broth expecting to have skin like her mom. Also, Ava is always using filters. I have acne scarring and when I use the same filters as her, my skin looks clear and youthful. At the end of the day, she's an influencer, and she'll do anything to get you to believe her so she can keep getting views and making money.

Collagen is a polypeptide. When you drink the broth, your body hydrolysis it into amino acids (which your body makes naturally) So it has no rejuvenating effects when consumed from a biochemists perspective….. Just saying. 😊
