Hello my beautiful family hope you are all having a blessed and beautiful day!!! Today I’m going to share with you another easy and delicious recipe! GORDITAS as my grandma would call them, my mom called them and well I call them now. I grew up eating theses but when I did a video 3 years ago https://youtu.be/jBaGSOFjX-4 a lot of people try to correct me saying these are not gorditas but molotes, 😅 either way these are delicious and it’s basically the same but in Durango these are what they are know for! So what do you call these? Interesting because I took your stuffed chiliquiles and made this exact recipe with all kinds of meats and cheeses. It's my favorite recipe 😋 kinda taste like fried tamales 🫔 😋 😍 I like the Chorizo stuffed one the best.
