Glad to see the container is now wider. That scoop thing was really a pain in the butt. I also like the Perfect Keto brand. I love so many of the convenience foods, but the prices are mind blowing. So thanks for trying them out so we can just pick the best of the best.

Hi Amanda! 💜 I get my single bags of Quest tortilla chips at Winco(not sure if you have those there) and they are usually only about $1.78-$1.98 per bag! I have been using the Swerve confectioners for quite a while and agree how the confectioners makes everything better and I use it in EVERYTHING! Have you tried the Swerve brand, and if you have, do you think the lakanto is better? I've yet to find it here locally, but LOVE lakanto golden and also use that in soooo much! The caulimash stuff you found – it would be awesome if they had an unflavored so you could make it sweet like you would for cream of wheat or cream of rice! Cream of rice with brown sugar is a breakfast I had growing up as a kid and LOVED it!

I have not been on keto for a week since the move to a new house. But I promised myself come Monday with a menu plan that I'm getting back on the horse. This time I also promised myself to stick to it for the rest of the year. Got a bit discouraged by my sister who thinks keto is not sustainable but unlike my sister who can eat a normal piece of bread without bloat and joint pain; I can't have bread at least conventional bread. I even did an elimination diet to see where my body wanted to go. My body prefers fat indefinitely and it likes good carbs like veggies. Wish me luck.

My husband and I love the collagen powder!
I mix it with my morning coffee and it's delicious.
My husband likes to mix his with hot water and it tastes like hot chocolate. He puts sugar free whip cream on top and he loves it.
Thank you for the awesome recommendations! ☺

OK – I will start off by saying that for some reason I keep being drawn to your channel so I finally subscribed today! I am VERY new to this whole KETO lifestyle and haven't really started doing much yet. Made a few changes to my food prep and reduced carb intake quite a bit. I'm a little intimidated by all the information and not sure what MCT oil is or WHY I should use it. Discovered collagen by accident and been using hydrolyzed version. I really don't know the difference between types. All I can say about all this KETO stuff is it seems to work for so many and at this point in my life, I have the time to invest in myself – again. I've forgotten what it's like to look in the mirror and like what I see OR even wear fashionable clothes that FIT. So many KETO people are young and this old babe is about to prove something to myself!! I wonder how many "seniors" are also un-learning 50 or 60+ years of unhealthy eating habits based on the Food Pyramid and American Dietary Recommendations? One thing is for sure – I'm not willing to eat this way anymore. I think the KETO movement is something that will benefit me. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for the informative and enjoyable videos you post. I'm learning all the time! God Bless….
