I make this for potlucks and around the holidays all the time & everyone loves it!!! Instead of Velveta I use cream cheese which I personally think taste better. βΊοΈ Give it a try next time! But the Velveta one is good too!

This is a spiced up, southwestern dip. Always add the worcesteshire sauce. It levels it up. Just about 1/4th of a cup.
The original is just beef, Velveeta, rotel tomatoes and worcestershire. But it's always good to jazz it up like you did for more advanced palates. Looks delicious!!
I love making this! I put ground beef, Rotel, Velveeta, and mixed shredded cheese. So good!
