As a southerner I wholeheartedly love fried stuff with egg sammiches. I had this in Jersey once in 99. Dream of it. It’s like a fried bologna breakfast sandwich but a Jersey attitude. Hahaha

Also I genuinely love how work out clothes today have that late 80s early 90s color vibe and I’m here for it.

Lived in NJ for 3 yrs. Best hangover sando in the game. Better on an everything bagel tho. Nice to add a slice on a burger or sub out bacon on a BLT, if some left over. Enjoy ur trip and be safe.

Dam bro… proud of ya! Looked great… the pork roll is from one side of jersey, and they use Taylor ham on the other side,, it is different,,, weird,, I'm able to by both here in southeast Carolina. But in n.y growing up, we had those and similar every morning✌🏁🍷😀🤟🏴‍☠️🐞🖤💣🕷🎩

This is actually available at my local H-E-B & Kroger grocery stores around Houston. It's with the Boar's Head stuff and costs $10.49. I was always curious and might just have to try it after seeing this video.

I still think it's odd that I can buy Taylor Pork Roll at my local grocery store deli here in Texas, good stuff for sure. My favorite regional thing is Texas Hot Weiners found in the Mid-Hudson Valley region.

you were pretty spot on making those, they're such an iconic beach breakfast staple. you wouldn't believe how controversial Pork Roll vs Taylor Ham is here, but if you say the latter you're very incorrect
