    WARNING: I am reposting a warning as Spammers/Scammers are still making the rounds on youtube. There are scam accounts on YouTube impersonating many of our youtuber accounts that claim to be doing a giveaway and then ask for money for shipping. They use our photo + a WhatsApp handle.

    My YouTube acct is verified. Any comment from me will have my photo, + my channel (Tamara's Timeless Beauty), and the blue checkmark.

    The only way I will ever contact you will be through comments, DM, or my business email…never through WhatsApp. I will never ask you to call me or send me money for giveaways.

    I do the best I can to continue to monitor comments/replies and remove these spam replies. The scammers have been reported by many and hopefully youtube can prevent this from occurring. Thank you to those of you who reached out to me to question it & let me know! 💖

    I loved this video and look forward to more like this. I love vegetable soup but need to keep it low in sodium since my hubby has had higher blood pressure than we'd like. I use organic produce whenever I can so I loved the salad you had for lunch too. Your healthy diet must be one of the reasons you look so young and vibrant !     Happy New Year!!! Bless you for being the first woman over 50 on YouTube I’ve seen that eats breakfast and doesn’t talk about intermittent fasting. I need breakfast too. I like the Ezekiel whole grain English muffin for my avocado toast and sprinkle it with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Your lunch and soup look yummy too!
