    I don’t know, unless it’s smoked, I just think it’s a waste to cook a really high quality piece of fish. I’d rather eat it raw with a nice bowl of rice and roasted seaweed.

    Nah I’m good lol, bro has no idea what he’s doing. I’m chill with eating some cold smoked salmon or sashimi grade. Takes no skill/cooking knowledge at all to throw it in a sous vide or make a shit sauce, u might as well have made a microwave dinner

    Fuck sake what a crime. Pairing that red with a salmon. Yes you can pair red with fish (pinot noir with cod or a nice meaty white fish for example) but red with salmon in this style is absolutely criminal
