I love Samoas/Caramel DeLites and anything with Coconut in it (Macaroons, Mounds Candy, etc) So, I need to try to make these soon.

Thank you Chelsea..my mouth is watering like crazy and it’s only 8:30 in the morning..lol..I just want to mention a few things first I was thinking of our conversation the other day about April buying you the AA canner..(long post) >>>> after many years of owning a KitchenAid I bought my dream color very expensive Kitchen aid mixer about 5-yrs ago to not use it much, about 3-yrs ago I went to use it to make my absolutely favorite copycat Texas Roadhouse rolls for Christmas at the last minute which was Christmas morning only for the freaking machine to not even be able to knead the dough..I was pretty upset and even had a meltdown aka as a uncle cry do to pure anger knowing that I spent over $500 on this unit that will I will never be able to use for any dough making..so I have to use my bread machine for all doughs which is a pain in the ass as it takes 2-hrs just to complete the dough cycle..FYI..I have 2-torn rotator cuffs so no kneading by hand for me ..anyhow..my husband got his very expensive present which he saved for that is not part of our monthly income..so he asked me what I wanted which was nothing until I started to think about your digital canner and then though noooo I don’t need another canner..lol..so after recently watching many videos on people using a Bosch unit I’m excited to say that this will be here this week..omg..I can’t wait! I won’t sell my KitcheAid as I have every attachment under the Sun so it will be useful in that area..anyhow ..just wanted to share my excitement with y’all..oh..and just as of a couple years ago my State lifted the cottage laws so I’m pretty sure I can make n sell my baked goods..Now the other thing I wanted to say is have you ever used a cookie press? I bought a very old cookie press(EBay) from watching Noreen’s Kitchen many years ago and can’t figure out how to use it so list interest in it..not that I can’t find other channels here to see how it works but just wondering if you have ever used one?

YUMMMMMY!!! ButSTOP giving me ideas for Christmas goodie boxes. I have already been up since 9pm last night doing just candies/fudge for my daughter's work and I still have more to do today then tomorrow it is bread and cookies and THEN I repeat the whole process next week for the neighbor's goodies bags.
