These are my favorite donuts! I’m definitely going to try. When you set them in the oven to rest, did you just put it there so air doesn’t go in or did you bake at a certain temp?

This is great, I'm not too fond of sweets, but there is something so cool about biting into those Puffy Glazed or Sugared Doughnuts that melt in your mouth. I never bothered to learn "How to" make them. but since I always watch your Videos, now I know, I just might experiment with adding flavors in the Dough and NOT Glazing or Sugaring.
