    I'd replace the peanut butter and the full peanuts by some macadamia/cajun nuts instead…or maybe hazelnuts
    really don't like peanut butter 😔

    I wonder what kind of vegetables I would try in this
    maybe some seasons themed vegetables (pumpkin nachos ? o_o)

    It was delicious. I found that I could have made half the peanut sauce and it would have been fine. I also added zucchini and carrot to the capsicum and onion mix and that was lovely.

    No, Marion you are not the only one who finds recipe development and taste testing fun Lolol. It literally took me almost three hours to make a box Mac n’ cheese the other night hahaha

    Delicious! I didn’t have chips but this worked amazing as an empanada filling instead of nachos. Followed exact recipe but tossed everything in the skillet to mix and was delish in empanadas. Thanks for another great recipe
