    Why did I cook the meat for so long when I have a Multi pot and can cook it on pressure cook mode within minutes?

    Well you have the option of either pressure cooking(super fast) or slow cooking when you use an Insta pot or Mealthy pot. In India we believe that slow cooking develops the flavor of meats to a different level. Also the gelatin develops and gives the meat a creamy coating. So whenever I have the time and the patience, I use the slow-cook mode. It is considered more luxurious and high end :).
