This is great. The potato & corn casseroles Iโ€™ve somehow missed, so will check those out. They may be my contribution to our Thanksgiving get together this year, along with mini versions of Vegan 8โ€™s Smokey sweet potato veggie burgers. Thank you !

This was a great idea to do a Classic Holiday meal playlist and video. Some people do not realize that they need to go to your actual YouTube Channel and then can see the Playlist that you put together. I believe that is where all the recipes will be located too. Wonderful to see both of you and boy does Tim look like he is getting used to participating in the videos. Great stuff guys.

Thank you for the wonderful food ideas. I loved the lentil bell peppers. I love mashed potatoes and stuffing with gravy. I never was a turkey eater. I just ate the sides, lol. I want to make the corn casserole, it looks and sounds yummy. I always make cole slaw with apples and golden raisins for the holiday. Great video. โค

You two make me smile. Joey is so passionate about food and so fun explaining everything. Tim is soft spoken and patient and sooooo sweet.

Oh, yes, lasagne or shells or stuffed peppers would be wonderful additions to a holiday meal. I love cooking eat loaf or neat loaf or lentil loaf or whatever you call it. I'm team bbq. I make several at a time, cut six slices per loaf, and put them in the freezer. Then, on hectic days, like when we used to get pizza or take-out, I make mashed potatoes in the ipot, gravy on the stove, steam something green, and heat slices of the loaf in the microwave. Bam! In less than 15 minutes, we have a feast-worthy meal any daytime; it's good for unexpected company, too.

Although I love the Esselstyns, I don't like their stuffing. My mom ruined me with that green bean casserole–I'll pass. Yum…mashed taters and gravy. Those potatoes look like Anna potatoes. Ooooo…I made that corn casserole. Yup. I like to put out veg with hummus and fruit with Ann Esselsty's lemon or chocolate dip (aka pudding) for appetizers. Love sourdough but fail every time.

Joey! You are losing weight! Thanks. I love you guys–even though we're not neighbors anymore. I left the Valley of the Sun to be closer to my kids and grands. Have a lovely, blessed, safe Thanksgiving/Christmas season.

Thank you so much for this video guys. I was planning on going through your videos and website to figure out what to cook for Thanksgiving and now I donโ€™t have to hunt, you did the work for me. Yay! I think Iโ€™m going to do the lentil loaf and the stuffed shells.

In Europe we don't have a thanksgiving holiday
(there is a minor "harvest festival" but that is in late September
    and not a big deal)
So I look for ideas for the end of the year celebrations
We generally make a rice dishes
    on 24 December
because my partner's family always did that.
I have found a Ratatouille Rice Bake recipe
which will be the basis of the meals
with a lentil loaf and I might try an american style casserole
to give us a side dish.
We tend to eat baked potatoes a lot
and we do mini potatoes (used in salads)
and bake them in the air fryer for 35 minutes
and serve them with a nice gravy.
