Ingredients
200 grams of white/button Mushrooms
1 cup of Basmati rice
1 medium onion
6 Large cloves of Garlic
1 small capsicum
1 tsp of red Chili flakes or Kashmiri red chilli powder/paprika
2 tsp of black pepper powder
Salt to taste/1 vegetable maggie soup cube/bouillon
1 tbsp of Italian herbs seasoning/pizza pasta seasoning
