What you call a pot roast is what we call a stew in the uk , both very similar
apple or cherry pie dessert would complete that meal.

This is how I make mine also! I make mashed potatoes and rice and put my pot roast carrots potatoes over that!

Mississippi pot roast is my favorite. Lots of recipes call for 1-2 sticks of butter but you really just need a few tablespoons. I can't wait to see what you think of it. Great video as always
