If you’re a fan of roasted crispy potatoes, then you will absolutely love Sarah Carey’s quick and easy recipe for Muffin-Pan Potato …
i never knew how gratin was pronounced even though i've seen it written a lot and had it before
Love it and you, thank you winning in my household…🤣🤣🤣
this looks yummy!.. ='P
Needs cheeeeeeeeeeeese.
What kind of cream? Heavy whipping?
I added a little apple vinegar to the roasted crispy potatoes (after they'd been baked), and people loved it. Will try this one!
mandolin time
This looks really good and easy to do. However, I thought Gratins had cheese added whereas this recipe is more like Scalloped potatoes.
Can i know whether the oven is in Celsius or Fahrenheit? I often get confused in these kind of baking videos…
Just wondering, but wouldnt it be better to season the potatoes in a bowl or something that way you dont have to do them individually then you could proceed to putting them in the muffin tin?
those were extremely thick
These look delicious! I think with a pinch of onion powder on the unseasoned layers would push them over the top. I'm already planing some skillet potatoes (no MS video AFAIK, search Jacques Pépin's Potatoes Fondantes, if interested) for tomorrow, but these will be on the menu sometime next week. Paired with a couple of sunny side up eggs and a sausage patty or two, and you may have a hash brown replacement here.
LOVE IT ! 😀
Oh, it looks so yummy!
Would this work with red potatoes?
I feel so trendy! This was already on our Thanksgiving To-Make List!
Wouldn't it be a little easier if you put the smaller diameter slices first, since muffin tins tend to be slightly conical? 🤔 Definitely adding this to my small, but ever growing, repertoire. Thanks Sarah!
about a stick of butter per muffin cup
could I add garlic to these? I love garlic
thank you I did these for tea, and they were a HIT. thank you for the inspiration
is this not dauphinoise rather than gratin?
Lovely recipe as always! I think a tiny pinch of some herb – thyme, rosemary – or red pepper flakes along with the salt and pepper would be nice.
bacon and cheez in there yummm
Ugh. I had to fast-forward–I couldn't get through the shots of Sarah haphazardly running that potato over the mandoline without a hand guard. She's an experienced professional and I'm sure she trusts herself, but I've seen enough ThreadBanger videos to be totally wigged out by it.
Wow…..these look great !!
Am sure gonna make some soon..!!^_^
Get better Sarah!!! Amazing recipe by the way! 😉
Delicious appetiser/ side dish!! I'm making almost the same putting alternately one layer of potato and one layer of prosciutto, adding a little bit of nutmeg in the cream.
Thank you for all your delicious recipes!
Your kids are very lucky to have you as their mum, Sarah. If you're ever interested in adopting a 30 year old, please let me know.
you sound a little bit sick .. hope you'll get better.
great recipe by the way 🙂
