Lydia, you've been through a lot. You took "the bull by the horns" as we say in the States. You pursued something difficult but important to you. Of course there would be a lot of emotion bottled up. Let the tears flow. You know before your surgery AND after, you are still you: a beautiful person inside and out. You're creative, caring, funny, a very hard worker and have achieved much. You have a wonderful husband, 3 lovely pets, good friends and will have an extraordinary life. Feel the emotion and feel at peace. xxx

Lydia..Sometimes if you iron your linens from the waste down with pressure on your iron you can actually release the tight linen back to it’s original length…try it you have nothing to lose. Use steam with this tactic.
