this seems like a pretty cool way to streamline french toast/texas toast. I don't know if this is just me but I think I'd tone it way down on the cream. I'd barely be able to appreciate the eggs if I had that much cream in there. Of course this would reduce the volume so I'd have to change how much bread there is.
