    Chef Ranvir, I have seen your video where you explain your struggle in life…respect. Your videos are entertaining..respect. However, first paani puri and now this halwa…you switched the final product man. I his recipe, the way you explained from beginning, can never produce the final result as you show…what’s up…forgotten the days of struggle ? This is dis-appointing.

    And, if you think I am wrong, let’s bet some serious money on this – if you can produce the final result with the recipe you described from the beginning, I pay you what you ask for…deal ?

    Hi Ranveer…thanks for sharing the recipe . I tried it 1st time and what happen is when it’s cooled down it’s become dry, when I want to eat then I have to make it warm so it test yummy. But I also added 1 tsp sooji and 1 tsp besan in it during preperation. Also I soak the dal overnight i.e 8 hrs is that the reason of behind it? When you tried it it was soft and having ghee around it but mine was not like that, dal soak all the ghee and sugar water. But taste wise it was good.
