You didn't need anyone to taste test..I can look at it and tell it's good and healthy. I am doing low carb/keto, and IF..I am not weighing myself..I can feel I am losing inches for sure and weight. If I weigh myself and then if it doesn't say a certain amount ..I maybe disappointed. LOL. Anyway I am doing it to get healthy and then the weight will come off.. I feel so much better..so rewarding.

Sounds like the perfect fall meal. I bet as chilly as it is by you it hits the spot perfectly!! It’s still 80’s here but I love sausage and cabbage. That looks really good.!! I bet throwing an apple in would be delicious. ( along with the onion.
    Thanks for the inspiration!!

I caught myself on lots of my first videos saying so alot. I think mainly on cooking ones, too. Yumm!! Your meal looked delicious! And I wrote that before you said it, lol. Many times one of my quick go to meals is bacon and cabbage. I also make collards similar, fry sausage, remove, add greens and chicken broth, cook down, add potatoes and meat back in. 👍 W2Go on the weight loss! Have a nice week.😊🏵️🍂.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Your Denali trip was awesome! I loved it and the music that you chose. This recipe for sausage and cabbage in the crock pot looks yummy. We love cabbage and sausage but never tried it in the crock pot before. Thank you for taking the time to share these videos with us! Sorry I meant Instapot!!

This is similar to what you make that I have made and it’s so good. I want to try your recipe, but I don’t have an insta pot. Can I do it stove top or crockpot? I think the gentleman is going to come over more often for your food! Lol. I love Monday measures and always looking for good ideas. Thanks for sharing!

Looks great! I used to love cabbage and sausage. Unfortunately I've had a hard time finding sausage that doesn't contain sugar or dextrose in it and the few that I have found are out of my budget. Admittedly with the price of food now my diet isn't as clean as it was.
