OMGOODNESS this is making me miss when I lived and worked at the Grand Canyon. I lived onsite. On the South Rim side there is a grocery store inside of Grand Canyon village where the lodges, restaurants are. There is a bank, Cemetery etc. Closer to the employee dorms also.

When my daughter was in high school and would go on trips with her best friend’s family, I would always pack a garbage bag in which for her to put her dirty clothes. So, when she got home I didn’t have to wash everything just what was in her garbage bag.

I always plan diapers for trips for 6 a day plus 2 accidntals. I used to work in daycare and when the kids would get down to 8 diapers I would write on there paper for more diapers. We would be open for 12 hours a day and have to change every 2 hours.

I bet Naomi loved having time with Mama. I had a friend who was one of nine kids and they just loved it when they got special time with their dad. One of them would even get in trouble just to get exclusive time, because Mom would send her off on the road with him when he drove truck so she wouldn't get in trouble when school was not in session.

I've a great memories with my husband and his sister at the Grand Canyon. 2006 our wonderful vacation. He is in heaven now but I was telling my daughter after we watched your video all about that trip.
