I always wanted to purchase a Moka but just never got around to it. Your video makes me think I will have to get one now. Any tips on purchasing one…where, what size, accessories? Thanks!

The easiest way to use the moka pot is to fill the water chamber just under the pressure release valve (about 150 ml). Set it on the stove and let it boil until it is finished brewing.
It is not necessary to pre boil the water in a kettle and it is not necessary to interrupt the brewing process. Not all moka pot brands are the same size, so one should measure the water capacity, one cup should be 50ml of water, so a 3 cup pot holds 150ml, a 6 cup moka pot holds 300ml. Any pot holding more than 300ml probably is sized incorrectly. Too much water will over extract the coffee and it will taste bitter and weak.
After pouring the coffee, immediately run pot under cold water or immerse in water to cool the pot, then disassemble and thoroughly clean with soap and water but nothing abrasive. Rinse and dry. Be careful when cleaning the rubber gasket as this is the most delecate part of the moka pot.
