Normally I’m with you guys on that hoa stuff. We just got super lucky here. So far so good only been here since Jan 2024 though. So , it’s new yet. Hopefully no drama arises ❤❤❤❤.
We have a Hoa. It’s 50 a month. It only covers snow removal really. It’s very relaxed here. We had one at an old place was horrible

If you make home made salsa You can freeze it flat then stand it up in baskets and save space! And I can tell you how to make salsberry steak that is better than Stophers and cost only about a third of store baught! God gave us K( teeth and our digestive systems /dietary needs for a reason.We are made for eating meat just as much as bares big cats or any other predtiores!
I love having ready made chicken fingers and stuff for those no time to cook days!

Interesting, 4 days ago I made the suggestion you could offer your neighbor the information of the rescue that helped you get your “girls” spayed so the boys could get neutered before they start spraying, marking their territory. I could see the one boy cat was still intact when he was sitting with you on your patio furniture….but you told me they were already neutered. I will commend you for being responsible getting the girls spayed, but someone needs to get those boys neutered before they start spraying not to mention getting into territorial fights with other male cats.
