    Folks. Sear the chicken off first and set aside and then add the veggies and then the chicken afterwards. Color means flavor.

    You need to saute your chicken 1st so you know it is done, you do not add raw chicken into veggies if anything you need to cook the chicken 1st then add veggies so that not to over cook veggies….

    Don’t understand cooking the peppers first, they’ll have no crunch left. Throw them in at the end. Also, you don’t need to use saffron! Use anything you have & this will work.
