    It is good. Still, it does not compare to making your own, using big chunks of onion, carrots, etc. And it takes hardly any additional time to use superior, healthier ingredients, making a roast that is superior in every way. And no gravy? Sorry, that is not a roast, then.

    To be honest I always hated eating pot roast… that is until I tried this recipe. It. Is. AMAZING. Where has this been all my life?? Itโ€™s so delicious that it has become a huge staple in my house. I highly recommend trying a garlic & herb butter like Kerrygold.

    This recipe is amazing! I tried it last night and my 3 children gobbled it all up, there was none left! Try usually hate anything beef unless it's ground beef but they loved this! The flavor was perfect and the meat was so tender! Thank you so much!
