Wow sister, you are so fortunate to have cuts of povi like that (love the intro btw)! I have never ever seen a brisket that looked like that at our butcher or our grocery store. It appears I need to travel the world to be able to find nicely marbled cuts like that! I have an instant pot, but I am scared to use it…and I never have LOL! I love your pots for sure! So professional looking. Did those cost a pretty penny? I would like to buy something like that, but I have never even seen it!!! I need to go on Amazon I guess. LOL When you BBQ'd the meat, it looked so, so good! I want to try that, but again, where do I find meat like that?…..Maybe I just need to buy a whole cow! 🙂 So glad your brother told you about that recipe, it really did look so good sister. Thank you for sharing, I hope this video pushes you to 1000 Subs and beyond!!! Much love, stay safe, and God Bless!
