this looks really delicious and easy to make but I've never made sweets or asian sweets before (only baking cakes). Any tips before giving it a go? The video says not to overcook it at the end but how do i stop that from happening? also how long would it need to cool/set? 1hr? overnight? sorry for all the questions :s
u should have added smthng special nd unique to it as this mthd is quite common…..

Came out fantastic..just like sweet shops khoya burfiβ€the key here is to not overcook at all…just when all the sugar melts in and the mixture starts leaving sides, immediately stop or else it will become chewy.
Recipe was osm, I tried but just be honest you forgot to add cardamon powder na? That's why you added it after it hold shape , you should have added it when the milk was boiling
