    I've made this recipe several times already and i made it again tonight. I consider it a comfort food now. I just want to thank you again for sharing your recipe. I've made all your tamale recipes & your barbacoa….which is to die for! It's the best barbacoa I've ever had. I freeze my cooked tamales, so on Sunday morning we have the works: barbacoa, tamales, chicharones, pico de gallo, avocado, salsa & Big Red! Cant' have barbacoa without Big Red! Lol. It's the law around these parts! Lol

    I made this today & it was very delicious. I used 5 pork chops & I doubled the spices. I also made your chili & all three of your tamale recipes. All were perfect. I just wanted to say Thank You for sharing. Your grandma taught you well.😋😋😋

    Thanks for this delish recipe! I ended up making this without broth since I didn't want to go to the store. So, we had tacos and sauteed leftover pork ribs, and it's wonderful. Can't wait to try your original recipe when this all blows over.

    Since we don't eat pork, well I do but my 84yr old mother doesn't as she's an 7th Day Adventist, I'll try this with chicken thigh meat. I LOVE Mexican oregano and buy it in the largest bags I can find. I use it all the time by the handfuls when cooking or in salads such as my black bean salad. This just looks wonderful! Will this work using Chayote as well??

    I love love love this meal! I actually made some pollo and calabazitas and I put a jalapeño in it as well. Of course rice and corn tortillas! You are right ….. super comfort food!
