This recipe is wonderful and my family loves it. I have been making it for a little while now. Love the addition of the green peppers and that you make it in one pot. Will have to make some soon. Thank you for sharing the recipe! It is a winner in this household.

This is one recipe to try this week. I am going to cook in crockpot on low then turn up high to cook spaghetti. One easy recipe to cook both ways. The cilantro sounds good too. Thanks for sharing…

Hey Catherine! Another great video 🙂 I was wondering if you ever put turmeric in your taco seasoning? I do sometimes and it adds a nice layer to the flavor! Just a thought 🙂

Hi Catherine. I have a question and thought I would go to one of my favorite cooks since I have never done this. With the rising cost of eggs and possibly a shortage, I am trying to get information on freezing them. I have read some comments on the internet the best way to do it, etc, but I want to hear from someone who has done it and used it in a recipe. Have you ever frozen eggs to use in baking and if so what what was the experience? Any tips appreciated. BTW, this looks fantastic! Thanks!
