This is kind of half done. Salsa paste, oregano and cheese are a must. Also cut garlic pieces are fried in oil.. the paste is not added like that.

Mexican rice you can add taco seasoning and make sure you add Goya Sazon seasoning it gives that yellow color and authentic Mexican taste also you add spring onion , black beans canned that you rinse out, no carrots instead add corn, black beans and spring onion as well as red onion I bet you your rice will be out of this world in taste 😊
