The only problem with this video is the music is so dam good, you focus on the music and have to force your self back to watching the video. The rice looks great.

What would you serve with this? Is it the main course, or a side? I would think that simple chicken thighs would be nice with it but not sure if there's a classic thing to have with this. Unfortunately there are very few Mexican restaurants in Germany and practically NO authentic or good ones.
