    WOW this is delishes i made bbq ribs and was trying to come up with a side for them seen your recipe for the mexican rice had to make it soooo glad i did it was delishes …OH my son wants to try useing it in a burrito i think it should be awesome..

    It's funny how everyone makes arroz a different way, but ever since I've gotten tips from You Tube my rice has been improved, thanks I'm willing to try this method since it came from a grandmother!❤😍😀

    What would you serve with this? Is it the main course, or a side? I would think that simple chicken thighs would be nice with it but not sure if there's a classic thing to have with this. Unfortunately there are very few Mexican restaurants in Germany and practically NO authentic or good ones.
