This turned out decent, but the rice was bland and needed a lot more salt than what she puts in. There also wasn’t much of the garlic or onion flavor. If I make this again I’ll add more onion and garlic and maybe an extra flavor packet. I couldn’t find the fajita seasoning recipe she mentions so used my own and the chicken definitely turned out better flavored than the rice. I’ve been searching for the ultimate ACP recipe, but this isn’t it.
