    How do you feel about browning your meat before you start cooking it. How do you feel about using pork stock or chicken broth rather than water.

    A friend of mine used to make something similar with a green sauce she would call it cal de o not sure of spelling, it also had potatoes in it and we would wrap it in a tortilla Can you tell me what it’s called and how to make it. She passed away so I can’t ask her 😔

    So i cooking it right now and its really watery I was expecting a thicker sauce did I do something wrong i know what I did i made less and adjusted the ingredients except the water lol
