Honestly Neal I’m not big Mexican food. That being said, I’d definitely try this one out. It really looks delicious and I’ve never had Taco Bell. Nicely done. Cheers brother!

I don't understand everyone's fascination with Taco Bell. Could you make it better? Ahahaha, An eleven year old could make it better if he'd never made anything other than a p,b & j before in his life. That said, you knocked it out of the park. Again. I couldn't taste it. I couldn't smell it. I didn't need to. I chowed down with my eyes and ears. Good thing you didn't make 2, I'm stuffed.

I really like the Mexican chicken salad idea and your twist on the beans. To tell ya the truth, I've never had a TB pizza. I very rarely get to eat at a TB. Closest one to me is an hour away. So, I have a couple of idea twists for this pizza. What if you did it with Buffalo sauce? Now here is were it gets a little crazy. Add pineapple and sauerkraut. It may sound terrible but the combination works very well! Honest! 👍😎😉 Do you have a recipe for Mexican rice? I know it's pretty easy to make, but I've never seen it do on a flat top.

Still pretty dang cold up here. The lakes are STILL covered in ice! And very well will still be for our Fishing Opener in two weeks as it's not going to very Spring like the next two weeks with overnight temps below freezing. Not very nice for griddling either.
