If I can tell you it has been so long since I have made tostadas it's like I almost forgot that we love to eat it (LOL). I am definitely adding it back into our menu, my kids will thank you for this!! I have actually tried the fried tacos my best friend and her family makes this and they basically make it the same way. It almost tastes like fried enchiladas to me.
