Hubby was craving this dish so I made it this morning, yes on a hot day .. but it's delish, thank you π
Made this and as a 100% mexicana I can say itβs super delicious. My family loved it!! I used a whole chicken instead of just drumsticks and for the spice did finely chopped Chile Serrano even tho we had the salsa asada. Personally I like the chopped serrano better. Delicious π π²

One my favorite soup. Going to make it this afternoon and Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. Appreciate π
So when i did mine its like the rice absorbed all the water and I didn't have much broth when we went back for seconds. Can I add water after the fact when like reheating or something??
Iβm new to cooking so I have a few dumb questions. 1. Am I cooking the rice before adding it to the recipe or is the rice uncooked and just cooks with the broth? 2. Can I use chicken breasts boneless or does it need to be drumsticks?
Girl….you cook really good!!!
How would I go about making this for one person? What would the portions be of the ingredients? Iβd really love to know because I donβt want to spend extra $ on food I donβt need
Leave it to Mexico to screw something up. YUCK
