    This was such an awesome video jen. It really helps to see that even our favorite utuber struggles at times. Weekends are really a struggle. Anything i lose during the week comes right back by Monday morning. Then i spend the entire following week trying to make up for the weekend. It's a vicious cycle that is hard to break. Even once you get close to your goal weight, which i am. I swear. maintaining to me is harder than dropping the pounds

    I have a lot of bad health issues and need to lose a lot of weight. Yesterday I eat too much and it was only lunchtime. I figured I blew it so I might as well eat whatever I want and start over the next day. I watched one of your videos, it inspired me and instead of binging like I do a lot, I tracked what I’d already eat and eat one of your dinner and snack ideas. Lost half a pound the next day. I’ve tried a lot of your recipes and they taste amazing and are healthy. I’m feeling better.
