Ham eggs and home made chips yummy, i think i prefer your soft cheese recipe for the carbonara as i am very wary of the egg ( it is an age thing when we got told not safe to eat them like that blame Edwina Curry ) haha same with tiramasu it should be made with the egg.

Ham – always good slowly in cidar. I agree it's completely delicious. Try pre-soaking the raw gammon in water for 24hrs – change the water a couple of times. Honestly makes a big difference.

Kerry, so agree about red lentils. Dried cook so quickly, why can them, doubling their weight, then transport them around the world? Greta T. would say, "don't!" As for the misrerable supermarket 'salad tomatoes' I bought this week, predictably for a UK January, they were utterly tasteless. Canned, picked at their peak, are reliably tasty.

I have made your other carbonara style dish which my family loves and I have also tried it with leftover roast chicken. We just renamed it cheesy gammon pasta and cheesy chicken pasta. Simple and delicious.

Hey Kerry, hope you’re are well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good morning love this 3 Family dinner ideas video. Those family dinners ideas looked so lovely, delicious and healthy dinners to have with your whole family this week at home as evening dinners. My favourite dinners was definitely the prawn and lentil Dahl, Ham egg and chips and Spaghetti carbonara look delicious and really filling new dinners to choose as dinners this time. I’m so glad your family has recently really been enjoying these three dinners too. They’re are packed full of flavour! I had homemade meatballs with a mixed bean salad on the side and it was so good. But I much prefer having potatoes or chips with this homemade meatballs dinner which are homemade. Another dinner which I had this week with my family is beef chunks, green beans homemade chips and rice and that was also tasty as well. The dinner I’ve mentioned now we had some of it for leftovers for lunches and a few dinners in the week! Great meals this week Kerry, that ham looked fabulous. So glad you shared these recipes, I'm not a huge fan of prawns but my husband is, so I'll give that a go as well. Thanks for sharing xx
