    For people that live in more rural areas, fishing and hunting are a great way to get a lot of high quality protien for very little cost. The only downside is the initial investment is kind of high, moreso for hunting, but it pays for itself quick and the quality is better than anything you can buy.

    I just dump everything in the insta pot (Rice, ground chicken, broccoli, spinach and add some spices like turmeric, paprika) then turn on high pressure for 8 mins. Works great!
