This was so adorable and wonderfully made! I love the attention to detail everywhere – love the nintendo stuff in the background of the dishes (took me a second to even notice what you're doing there! very clever)

Beryl’s hand expressions in the intro are so dramatic I thought she was doing ASL while talking and was gonna say “That’s so awesome that she makes these videos accessible to the deaf. I see you girl!” As if closed captioning doesn’t exist 🤦🏾‍♂️😂😂😂😂I’m high as heck.

    Hey Beryl…

At 1:36 of your video I noticed some “greenery” in the blender not mentioned in the ingredient list. @beryelshereshewsky I love your videos. What are the ingredients I should be adding to this ‘Groundnut Soup’ to make it authentic?

Oh i grew up with so many! I am multi racial and ate literally everything! One of my early favorites is Korean ddeokbokki ddeok(rice cakes) fried in butter until Crist on the outside yet stretchy on the inside and then dipped in either pancake syrup brown rice syrup or sugar! Egg with soy sauce and rice, any soy sauce is great except dark spysauce or soup soy sauce! Panikeke Sāmoan pancakes or puff-puff or bifrost Keke isite or basically fried dough balls! Jajangmyeon. Dried roasted tile fish, dried squid, cornbread mush, corn bread with honey, fry bread with wojapi, and all sorts of tropical fruits Turon, halo halo, really good Chinese barbecue, barbeque, i grew up eating some of the best food! And i forgot Belgian fritz kipkorn and the other things sold at the fritz stand! And grandma's garden fresh vegetables i learned about good vegetables from my family and i love them as much as i love meat and fish! And i forgot fried chicken fish and fried green tomatoes! Baby we ate very well!

It's really simple, but it was a huge deal because my godson is very picky but he tried it and loved it. Cheese ravioli with sweet basil and garlic tomato sauce. He had never had it before and he was staying with me for a few days. The thing I think really helped was I let him "help" me. I had him count how many frozen raviolis he wanted, I showed him three different kinds of sauce and let him pick, and when it was all done I let him put as much Parmigiano Regiano as he wanted on it. (I have one of the graters from olive garden so he got to crank it).
It was really special for both of us because he got to participate in his own meal and in the end he cleaned his plate

Thank you for all the new discoveries; it's so hard to find things that young kids will love that's not : pizza, spaghetti, mac'n'cheese or hot dogs (or at least, all the kids in my family seems to have gone through that phase)!

P.S. your co-hosts were so cute!

Eyyy, pastina! I remember eating it in a broth though instead of butter and cheese. But also, I ate it as a kid, so who knows, I might have eaten it this way too!

I love that you actually had kids try the dishes! They're all so cute and it's great they got to try something new. I've been wanting to make pav bhaji and didn't realize it's so simple to make, I will definitely try it

It's easier to do the fancy-plate pasta swirl in a big spoon/ladle and then gently place onto the plate! also I love this video!!
