    Fabulous recipes ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป. You mentioned cooking the potatoes and leaving in the fridge. So Iโ€™m guessing that you only par cook the potatoes so you can shred them,and do you use the mandolin for that??I thought that you could grate raw potatoes??

    Deb, get yourself some kitchen cutting gloves made out of kevlar, they are life savers!!! (Okay, well at least finger savers!) I got a 5 pack for under $10 and use them multiple times a day for food prep… be it using sharp knives, a box grater, mandolin, whatever! The pushers that come with mandolins are so clunky and only work with certain sizes and textures of veggies well. The glove is soooo much easier and effective! I have run my fingers right into that sharp mandolin blade so many times without incident! They are sold a singles but I highly recommend a multi pack so you can cycle them and not have your only glove in the laundry when you need it most. I love my salad scissors too!!!
    Oh, and a suggestion to save video time and effort… how about putting your "if this is your first time here" intro to your starch solution channel right below each video instead of having to repeat yourself in every video? I've seen some of your funny outtakes, so one less thing to fuss over. Then you can get right into the subject matter for the frequent fliers too . ๐Ÿ˜

    I love the 3,2,1 dressing. Itโ€™s easy and tasty. Also, just got an air fryer. I canโ€™t wait to try the hash browns. Did you turn or shake half way through? Also, sticking to the starch solution and losing a pound a week. This is wonderful!
