This looks delicious. I want to eat this way! My husband would def so it with me but trying to get my kids (6 year olds) to try new flavours is hard. I end up making two meals every dinner time and that's what stops me from enjoying cooking again. Any tips for helping kids to eat this way? I want our family to eat the same meal.

I love your videos!!! Very helpful for a vegan who wants to lose weight. But one thing I notice is your meals are not high in protein. Mainly veggies and some carbs. Is there a reason you don’t add tofu or tempeh and other high protein plant based options often?

Awesome recipe. Made it 3x since you posted. Use high protein pasta, and veggies I have in the fridge. So easy and so good. I love the idea of checking out the pantry to see what I feel like eating. Although I enjoy making new recipes, I end up with so many leftovers and may not feel like eating 2 or more times ( even when I have made only 1/2 of the recipe). This way of eating is less wasteful. Thanks for all your ideas! 👍

Another awesome video Tia. Don't need to lose weight but would still like to try the Thai noodles recipe and find Tia's video's inspirational. Yes, it's weird why red cabbage is called that when it is a purple colour. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Tia.

Tia, you look gorgeous today…you are obviously getting over your bout of Covid….power of 🌱💕

I know you’ve done some, but can you please consider doing a few more “what I realistically eat in a day”? It’s Spring where I live (Australia) & it’s still beautiful & cool, gorgeous sunny days & I need inspiration 🙏🏻 Thank you in advance 😘

I am so glad you mentioned to add some healthy fat if you don’t intend to lose weight. So many who went into low fat vegan and didn’t have much weight to lose had health issues then moved to “ why I am no longer a vegan” Healthy fats is needed for those who tend to be in lower BMI.

Another excellent demonstration of just how good we have it in eating this way after years of starvation diets! Had I known it was this easy and that I would still lose weight and cure a few conditions up too in my twenties maybe I would have been a whole lot happier because I was always hungry, taking diet pills and down on myself…your channel is everything ok! Ty so much!

That looks amazing! After getting away from healthy eating this summer and indulging in way too much ice cream I’m back on track so this couldn’t have come at a better time! So colorful, great portion size, yummy looking sauce. Heck yah I’m gonna make this soon!!!👍 Thanks Tia!❤️

It looks really GOOD 👍🏻 THANK YOU‼️for putting putting the dressing in the description🙂Personally, I would use lentil pasta. And lower the 🆘 in the dressing. Sugar – use 1T date syrup (All fruit:) 2t Soy sauce OR Use 🍋 + balsamic vinegar or NO 🧂 substitute. Less or no Tahini & 2T PB organic powder.

I make same sauce but i add pinch of hot pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp of sesame oil and it fantastic to dip your vegan spring rolls or to top it of like your dish over rice and roasted veggies. I mean the possibilities are endless. Love your inspiring videos and sending you big hug from soggy Florida 😂
