Thank you so much for talking about how you recovered from food addiction. I am very good addicted and it’s encouraging to know you’ve moved out of it. You have such useful tips around eating in restaurants. I love your honesty and wisdom. Please keep sharing. Do you ever still drink alcohol or ever eat sugar? I get that consistency matters a lot, but I’m wondering about being too all or nothing. You have already helped me so much. I now also have massive amounts of veggies before eating anything else. I’ve got all 3 of your food plans. I’m so grateful to you.

I just discovered your channel and I suffer from arthritis and diabetes 2 so I definitely need to change my diet. I have not tasted avocado 🥑 properly yet, I purchased one but it didn't taste of anything, someone told me that it probably wasn't ripe. I only have myself to cook for but I do eat meat, hopefully watching your channel might help me not only with my health but weight, everything you talked about I have never eaten before, because I worry about wasting money on food I can't eat, because I'm a fussy eater. Great video much respect from Ireland 🍀🤗

Love these food prep videos Ami, I am just sitting down to eat my lunch and watch this video, my lunch is kale, carrot, olives, sunflower seeds and some cashews then some avocado mash in at the end with with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or lime juice and some garlic salt, I chop the kale and carrot in my mini food chopper, love it some much. have a wonderful evening Ami and family💕

My usual daily salad is chopped broccoli, kale massaged with an avocado, then i add an apple, lemon juice, and black pepper. I put the broccoli in the food processor. Lentils are amazing. I also find lentils are better when cooked on the stove as I find the IP makes them mushy, even when I cook them in the IP for 0 minutes.

Congrats to you for losing 60 pounds!! To reach that being a super busy mom is amazing. You keep it real and honest and I love it. So many times we mothers are trying not to look unprepared and it’s keeping us locked in. Just get out there and do it. YOLO.

LOVE lentils! 🙂 I made those chickpea-marzipan things yesterday. I loved them but my husband most definetely did NOT. Not sweet enough for him. Just shows how your taste buds adjust when eating this way. My husband is not really on board so he wants sweets to be sweeter.

I love hearing the snoring! I WISH I could sleep that well while someone is talking and moving around eating and cooking. You are super MOM! Keep up the good work! Your videos make me smile.

Such GOOD tips Ami!! You are so awesome. I've been eating Starch Solution for several years but you have certainly NAILED it! I always call it tweaking as I make those little changes that have helped me. HEY! I've got a huge bag of millet and just don't know what to do with it. Any ideas or recipes??

On a side note, I always wondered how you got the little one on your back. Thanks again Ami for all the great advice. I actually felt bad eating before I’d meet my friends for our monthly Breakfast Club outing, but I think I’ll continue but save my fruit intake and get it at the restaurant instead. 😅

I don’t think I had nearly as much energy when I had two small children as you do! And you’re still breast feeding! Wow ☺️🙌🏻🙌🏻
