You are young and probably all your hormones allset. For older ladies to take oil-is must to keep all their women hormones in order.
Plus a women skin without using oil will transfer a very soon into old and dry mushroom. Our all cells consists from fat not from carb.

Do you have any tips on making veggies enjoyable? I didn't grow up eating a lot of veggies and it's very hard for me… Especially salads. Ranch and croutons has always been how I can eat salad, but that's obviously not on plan. 😕
What if I want to add a protein (chicken) to the plate?
If you line your jars with your pre-chopped veggies for salad… Place a paper towel at the bottom to absorb water and they stay crispy or longer
Thank you for your video!! My son & I went vegan when he was 16 & pre-diabetic (he's now 29 & I'm 66). Unfortunately life happens; I've been on my own for about 4 yrs. (he moved out, got married & had a baby, so I became unmotivated to cook just for myself). I'm going to get back into WFPB eating so have been looking for really simple, easy & quick meals to get me back on track. Question: Since I'm on a limited income, your choice of air fryer is way too expensive for me; are there any others you would recommend with the same type of accessories???

In How Not to Die he clearly states that coffee, in that doctors opinion, can limit your chance of stroke. He also said more then one cup of coffee was ok. I’m just wondering why you say that “all of these doctors say” when one of the books your taking about doesn’t say that at all…?

For curries
Try using 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala by MDH, Badshah, Everest or Rani (depending on what brand you get in USA) instead of curry powder it gives amazing flavour just like restaurant flavour along with
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder and
half teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala (optional as it can be strong)
