How do you cook potatoes in the instant pot? How much water do you add and how long do you pressure cook or use steam button? Slow release ? Do they taste better than cooking them in microwave?

Thank you, your relaxed style of cooking has inspired me to use everything that is left in my fridge today. We are going to have vegetable, potato, chickpea, coconut, red lentil curry and rice with sweet potato, butter bean, banana, oats, almond, medjool date and raspberry brownie for after. Amazing!
Do you prefer rebounding or doing the other home workouts better? I prefer at home workouts over going to a gym to workout. Your daily videos help me so much to stay on track with food and workouts. Your very motivating!
